The Gym Group AKA The Greed Group

Pros: - Has the basics - Friendly staff. Shoutout to Darroch, who is a friend and tries to help me as much as he can in his capacity. Cons: - Underfunded and understaffed - Limited range of equipment - Broken lockers, poorly maintained machines. But I guess all is fine as long as the £££ keep rolling in. - I've dealt with 3 different 'managers' and all of them are just 'yes-men'. The only thing they seem to manage is whether the lights are turned on (I'm surprised they even turn them on), and clearly, they have no control over budgets. The fact it needed a formal complaint to get the lift working when I joined says it all really. Any requests for equipment go straight to the hierarchy, who run this as a business and that only. - Not the most accessible gym for people with physical/hidden disabilities, it says a lot when you see the staff using the disabled access door rather than actual disabled people.
