All our plywood kits are supplied and fitted by trained technicians with average fitting times ranging from thirty to ninety minutes depending on the wheelbase and roof height.

Our standard lining kit comprises of the following component parts:

12mm floor (with lashing rings exposed where applicable)

12 mm wheel boxes

6mm walls

6mm door panels

Optional extras (available for most models

Non-slip phenolic resin (wisadeck) floor upgrade

Chequer plate floor upgrade
Master LWB lining Transit LWB lining and full bulkhead Renault Trafic SWB Lining, carpeting and Van Vault

Polyester coated wall and door panels

Polypropylene wall and door panels

1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and full height front bulkhead
